Who Are We?

Our regular customer will know both Nigel and Simon, the two company directors. They are totally 'hand on' and barely in the office as they're always out on jobs.

Nigel is the gas boiler and AGA specialist, with over 30 years of experience and is also in charge of dealing with the calls. Simon is the companies oil boiler and AGA expert, having worked in the family business for over 20 years.

Both brothers are proud of the personal service that Benenden Heating offers and have a wealth of knowledge, having been taught by their late father Bruce, who set up the company nearly 50 years ago!

Benenden Heating is an honest, trustworthy, family-run business, that contributes hugely to the local economy, by only employing experienced heating engineers from the nearby towns and villages.

Affectionately knows as 'Nasher', Nigel is the most senior member of the company, leading our team of Gas Safe registered engineers. Dealing with most of our emergency call outs, Nasher will often be the engineer we send to fix your appliance.

Always smiling, Simon is our friendly OFTEC approved oil boiler specialist, leading the team of heating engineers that work on AGA range cookers and oil appliances. He also completes any free quotations we offer for new installations.

Anthony has a wealth of knowledge and will be happy to diognose your fault over the phone, offering practical advice where possible. He's also our most experienced estimator and will give you a ball park figure for your repair.
