Boiler and AGA servicing is a wise precaution to prolong the life of your appliance. Annual boiler servicing should be carried out between April and September, ensuring it will perform well throughout the winter season.
Left un-checked AGA's and boilers will begin to run in-efficiently, wasting you money on higher energy bills and your appliances could start to leak poisonous carbon monoxide into your home.
Gas is both colourless and scentless, so it can be hard to tell if your boiler is faulty – which is why safety checks should be carried out every 12 months by a registered Gas Safe engineer.
Oil fired AGA servicing is recommended every 6 months (by the manufacturer) and is necessary to perform important inspections to the AGA's fuel lines, burner, flue system and wicks.
